As ECR spokesperson for Justice and Civil Liberties, Timothy took part in many helpful discussions, roundtables and conferences as part of a Washington visit. Maintaining a strong relationship with the USA is very important to Timothy, especially when working together to combat the threat of terrorism. His keynote speech on Cyber Security was extremely well received and the meetings throughout the week were important in strengthening already good EU-US relations.
