Timothy was very pleased to meet Yorkshire Chef, Andrew Pern, who has won many awards in the region. Most recently, of course, he was the regional finalist in the Great British Menu television competition. Andrew is passionate about using regional produce; this is also something which Timothy likes to support and promote. Andrew is a great culinary ambassador for Yorkshire and the Humber and Timothy hopes to have him in Brussels to be part of a 'Taste of Yorkshire' evening in the future.
