Timothy enjoyed his visit to Sumo UK Ltd in Melbourne, near York. Sumo produce highly robust and admired cultivation equipment, recently earning them the coveted Sir Roland Burke Machinery Trophy for 2011.
Timothy was impressed by the drive of the company and its trade within Europe and beyond. He said:
"I was pleased to see the new company premises of a business which employs 50 members of staff and produces over 2500 machines which work in the field. What is particularly impressive about Sumo UK Ltd is their investment in R&D and forward thinking approach."
